He help my daughter to sell her home 2021 and helped my son buy his first home in 2020. Matt helped it to be an easy process for both of them. So when I wanted to sell our family home that we had for almost for 49 years I called Matt. He came and looked at my home and already had enough information on my home and the neighborhood that he already had his plan on what to list it and explained why, that was on 11/01/23. Our home was listed the second day. One the first day of listing we had five viewings and five offers Matt was in touch with me on every offer as soon as it was received, I accepted the first offer after reviewing all five. it wasn't the highest offer but the young lady was having her first child as I was when my husband and I bought our this home. We raised our four beautiful children here and I couldn't think of a better place to raise a family. We did sell it for more than we were asking but it was over in less than four weeks. We closed on 11/27/23. I want to thank Matt very much for all his help. This was a little hard to let go because we owned this house for so long and had so many memories you want to try and sell it to someone that will love it as much as we did.
